Scaled (“we,” “us”) operates joinscaled.com and the Scaled client portal. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
When you join our waitlist we collect your email address. When you sign in to the portal we collect your name and email from your chosen sign-in method (email/password or Google). For clients, we display advertising performance data pulled from connected ad platforms on your behalf.
How we use it
We use your information to operate the service: to authenticate you, show you your dashboards, contact you about your application and membership, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal information.
Google user data
If you sign in with Google, we access only your basic profile (name and email) to create and secure your account. We do not access any other Google data, and we do not share it with third parties. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data storage & security
Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase and Vercel) using industry-standard security. Access to client data is restricted so each client can view only their own account.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your data at any time by emailing us. We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service.
