These terms govern your use of joinscaled.com and the Scaled client portal (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to them.
Use of the Service
Scaled provides a private, application-only network and a reporting dashboard connecting vetted ecommerce operators with brands. You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to attempt to access data that is not yours.
Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it. Access is granted on an invite basis; each client account may view only its own data.
Data & availability
Reporting figures are provided for convenience and are sourced from third-party advertising platforms; they may differ slightly from platform-native reporting. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Changes
We may update these terms or the Service over time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
